HF 1467, introduced April 14, 2011, would adopt "Shoot First," making murder prosecutions nearly impossible, and gut Minnesota's gun laws by weakening our state background check requirements.
It would also allow people who can't meet Minnesota standards for a permit to carry a pistol to circumvent our requirements by getting a permit in another state.
